Order & Shipping Policy

  • Typically processing of orders will be by the following business day after the payment has been confirmed.
  • Normal shipping will take 3-5 business days.
  • If you require the product urgently, you may choose to pick it up from our retail outlet or opt for our express delivery service.
  • Cash payment is only available for in-store pick up option. Kindly visit our shop within 3 days from confirmation of your order. Availability of stock is not guaranteed once 3 days have passed.

Return Policy

If there’s something wrong with the product/service you bought, i.e, death on arrival products (DOA), you have 1 week from the date of delivery to contact us. If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

  • The product physical condition has to be damage free; if we find any damage on the product you are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Our technician will verify the issue or fault of the returned product accordingly to the guidelines set by product manufacturer or distributor, before we can provide any exchange or refund.
  • Any change of mind will only be available on case-by-case basic. In such event, the original seal on the product packaging must be intact and there will be no full/partial refund. Kindly contact us within 3 days from receiving the product.

Refunds

We at  ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Global Cybermind Technologies Pte. Ltd. is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping of return product

Global Cybermind Technologies Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return. Alternatively, you may wish to visit us personally at our retail outlet as addressed below. In such case, any exchange or refund will be processed immediately after our technician verification as long as you reach us within 1 week from receiving the product.
